How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 7-15 business days. Express is 5-8 business days. All orders include full tracking.

Do your lamps come with a power adapter?

All our products are USB powered and come with a USB cable. You can plug them into any USB adapter (phone charger), laptop, or power bank. Wall adapters are not included as most people already have several.

Are the flame effects real fire?

No — The Ember uses a simulated flame effect with LED lighting and ultrasonic mist. It's completely safe with no real fire, wax, or smoke. The effect is incredibly realistic though — guests always ask if it's real.

Can I use essential oils in the diffuser?

Yes! The Ember is a fully functional ultrasonic aromatherapy diffuser. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the water tank and enjoy.

How do I change colors on the RGB products?

The Aurora comes with a remote control for easy color switching between all 16 colors. The Prism has touch controls — just tap to cycle through modes.

What's your return policy?

30 days, no questions asked. If you don't love it, email support@colourhaus.us and we'll take care of it. Full refund, no restocking fees.

Do you ship internationally?
